Our Facility

Our modern manufacturing campus spans over 20,000 square meters and is equipped with advanced CNC bending machines, robotic welding stations, automated powder coating lines, and precision quality inspection systems. Every workstation is designed to maximize consistency and minimize defects.

Production Capabilities

  • Metal Fabrication — Precision cutting, bending, and forming of steel and aluminum tubing for frames of all shapes and sizes.
  • Welding — MIG, TIG, and robotic welding for structural integrity and clean aesthetics.
  • Surface Treatment — Powder coating, electroplating, brushing, and polishing in a wide range of finishes.
  • Upholstery — In-house foam cutting and fabric/leather upholstery for seat pads and back panels.
  • Assembly & QC — Multi-stage assembly with final inspection against international standards (BIFMA, EN 16139).
